Choose the connection that fits your account.
- For locally stored chats, leave the optional 21ViaNet connection off. Choose the local chat source in the app and search the messages it can read. Local access does not require a cloud login or token.
- If your organization uses Teams operated by 21ViaNet, open the 21ViaNet tab and enable the China connection. Follow the sign-in instructions there. Your organization may need to supply its directory and application IDs and approve access.
- After connecting, return to the usual search and viewing tabs. Search for a particular conversation or keyword, review the available messages, then save your selection or all available results.
- Cloud access depends on your account permissions and the services supported by 21ViaNet. Not every message will necessarily be available. Check the Store trial offer and try your own chats before buying.
Use this option for a 21ViaNet account; your physical location alone does not determine which connection you need. Leave it off for other accounts.
